In the event that, having been expressly requested by the customer in the order and having indicated the possibility of installation in the product sheet, it is finally not possible to provide such service, the customer may decide either to cancel the installation service order, keeping the product order, or to cancel the order for which the amount paid will be refunded.

The cost of the installation work indicated on the product data sheet may vary as it depends on factors that are difficult to assess without physical presence at the installation site. The customer must request an invoice with the corresponding VAT breakdown showing all the fiscal data of the company in charge of the installation as well as the work carried out that has caused the difference.
In the event that the installation could not be carried out due to an error when ordering the product by the customer, related to measurements or any other cause, Manufactura Industrial Azulejera, s.l. will refund 50% of the cost of the service of the installation not carried out, but never the product.

Manufactura Industrial Azulejera, s.l. warns that it may not subsequently modify the sales invoices in compliance with current regulations (Royal Decree 1496/2003 on invoicing rules, amended by Royal Decree 87/2005). The invoice will be issued in the name of the individual or company placing the order, so the customer must ensure that the order is placed in the correct name. Subsequent changes will not be possible.

The order will be delivered on foot of transport in the nearest point that the road conditions allow to the address designated at the time of the contracting by the customer. The place of delivery requested by the customer cannot be modified once the order has been confirmed.
The goods will be delivered to the customer by the transport company, together with a delivery note containing the data that allow the customer to be identified and the number of packages that make up the shipment.

The customer or the person in charge of receiving the order is obliged to check the condition and integrity of the products delivered at the time of delivery. In any case, the customer must verify that the goods have been delivered in perfect condition.
Claims later than 24 hours after delivery cannot be accepted.
The delivery of material will always be made on foot of transport so the customer must provide the means to have personnel on his account for the collection and unloading of the material.
Manufactura Industrial Azulejera, s.l. recommends for deliveries of large or particularly heavy products, that the customer foresees the presence of two or more people so that the unloading of the material can be carried out correctly.
Manufactura Industrial Azulejera, s.l. will serve its products offered on the website only in the Iberian Peninsula. Orders may be placed outside the Peninsula, always under consultation and express acceptance by Manufactura Industrial Azulejera, s.l., according to particular prices and conditions for each case.
