Thank you for your order. After you have paid for your order, we will send you an email and a receipt confirming that we have received your order and are processing it. 

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a final email confirming that your order has shipped. 

If you do not receive these confirmations by e-mail, please check your spam folder or contact us through the contact form located at: https://esenziaceramica.com/contacto.

In the event that it is necessary to cancel an order before it has been shipped you can contact us through our contact form or through our customer service number explaining the reasons for the cancellation of the order. An agent will assist you in changing the status of your order to cancelled. 

*Remember that it is only possible to cancel orders for items that have not yet been shipped. 

All our items are shipped from our warehouses in Spain. 

When you place an order and within a maximum of 24 hours it will leave our warehouse to the delivery address you have provided (for orders of less than 40kg). Delivery times depend on the transport company you have selected.

Once you have selected your order and are about to proceed to payment, you can pay by different methods: 

  • Credit / Debit Card (Redsys)
  • Bank transfer 

 

Remember that payment by bank transfer directly affects the delivery time of your order because until we receive the amount in our account we will not begin to process your order.
